When asked about the track, Matty Horner had this to say

“This song is about all the people who waste their time away on social media. The ones who spew garbage about politics, the ones who only believe what they see on social media. Like I say in the song, I can’t believe what some of these people choose to be and every single one of these people filling social media with this garbage is credulous.”
